"Making the money on top" Service creation, operations, and delivery.

We're excited about heading to Managed World Americas in Orlando this fall to share with people what we feel is pretty special. A new way of service creation and innovation.

What does the future hold? What is next? Let's listen to Keith Willetts, TM Forum interviewed by Telco Professionals (from earlier this year in Spain).

Keith Willetts states: "The network will not make the industry rich... it is the services and applications that will help make the service providers rich... It has become a software business. We are seeing the marriage between the software industry and the telecom industry."

"We don't look at the network except what it is... we know what the trends are. We are looking at the service creation, operations, and delivery.. making the money on top. That's our focus and we're working hard to help our operators and suppliers get there."

Keith we would like to echo your statements:

"We are looking at the service creation, operations, and delivery too and we are working hard to help our operators and suppliers get there."
