OSSera is a proud member of the TeleManagement Forum (TMF) and focuses on building OSS products which support the new Fameworx architecture as defined by the TMF.
Currently OSSera's products fall into the following areas as defined by the eTOM process flow:

OSSera's products also span both the SIP and Operations functions. A key focus of our Service and Resource Manager products are a thorough and complete set of framework tools for Strategy, Infrastructure, and Product (SIP) which enable a unified set of processes between the SIP and Operational Business Process Framework (eTOM).
